   • Everything must be handed out at booth, walking around Centennial Field with handouts is prohibited
   • If you plan on giving away any food items, please check with Kaylin first. The City discourages any giveaways to take away sales from our food vendors.
   • Set up no later than 6:00pm for July & August events, 4:30pm for September events
   • Tents must be torn down before start of movie (sunset)
