All meetings begin at 6 p.m. Hearings are conducted at the Dacono City Annex Building #C, located behind City Hall, 512 Cherry Avenue, Dacono, Colorado 80514. Copies of the application are on file and available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk, 512 Cherry Avenue, Dacono, CO 80514, during regular business hours upon request.

  • September 12, 2023. The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Dacono will hold a Public Hearing commencing at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at the Dacono City Hall Annex, 512 Cherry Avenue, Building C, Dacono, Colorado  80514.  The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider proposed amendments to Chapter 16 of the Dacono Municipal Code to enact new regulations addressing accessory dwelling units (“ADUs”) and limiting ADUs to the Agricultural (AG) zone district.

  • October 9, 2023.  The City Council of the City of Dacono will hold a Public Hearing commencing at 6:00 p.m., Monday, October 9, 2023, at the Dacono City Hall Annex, 512 Cherry Avenue, Building C, Dacono, Colorado 80514.  The purpose of the public hearing is to consider a request for a second extension of the deadline for approval of construction plans, the filing with the City for recording final plat mylars, and the improvement guarantee required by the Subdivision Agreement for the Mesa Ridge Filing No. 1 subdivision.
