All meetings begin at 6 p.m. Hearings are conducted at the Dacono City Annex Building #C, located behind City Hall, 512 Cherry Avenue, Dacono, Colorado 80514. Copies of the application are on file and available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk, 512 Cherry Avenue, Dacono, CO 80514, during regular business hours upon request.

     Planning & Zoning Commission

  • March 26, 2024. The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Dacono will hold the following Public Hearings commencing at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at the Dacono City Hall Annex, 512 Cherry Avenue, Building C, Dacono, Colorado   80514:
    • Consideration of proposed amendments to Chapter 16 of the Dacono Municipal Code to expand accessory dwelling units (“ADUs”) as permitted uses to all residential zone districts and enacting requirements and regulations for the same. 
    • Consideration of proposed amendments to Chapter 16 of the Dacono Municipal Code to adopt design standards for residential development in the City.

      City Council  

  • February 26, 2024. The Dacono City Council will hold a Public Hearing commencing at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, February 26, 2024. The purpose of the Public Hearing is for the purpose of considering a proposed site plan for SPL1 Dacono Flex at the northeast corner of Grand View Boulevard and Mt. Elbert Avenue, and the following proposed industrial uses: machine shop; amusement and recreation, theaters, bowling alleys, skating rinks and dancehalls; food and beverage serving restaurants, nightclubs, taverns and liquor stores; offices, business and professional, and agencies; personal services; retail businesses; printing, publishing and reproduction establishments; religious and educational institutions and municipal uses; carpenter and woodwork shop; and wholesale businesses.    
  • March 11, 2024.  The Dacono City Council will hold a Public Hearing commencing at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, March 11, 2024. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider an ordinance that would amend City Code provisions regarding temporary recreational vehicle parking at events by special use permit in the I-1 and COS zone districts.
  • April 22, 2024.  The City of Dacono City Council will hold the following Public Hearings commencing at 6:00 p.m., Monday, April 22, 2024, at the Dacono City Hall Annex, 512 Cherry Avenue, Building C, Dacono, Colorado  80514:
