Dial 2-1-1 to Get Connected
2-1-1 is an easy-to-remember and universally recognizable number that makes a critical connection, via referrals, between individuals and families in need and the appropriate community-based organizations and government agencies. 2-1-1 complements 911 by filling the gap between emergencies and non-emergency requests for items like rent assistance, shelter, food, child care and more.
2-1-1 is accessible in nearly 100% of land-lined home phones and is a free, confidential call. Most call centers have Spanish speaking referral specialists available. The 2-1-1 Colorado Collaborative works with phone service providers in Colorado to provide free access to 2-1-1 to all citizens of Colorado.
