Dacono Council Members
Adam Morehead- Mayor
Adam Morehead was elected to the City Council in 2020 and was serving his first term before being elected Mayor in November 2021.
Danny Long
Danny Long was elected to the City Council in November 2019 and reelected on November 2022. He is serving his second term.
Kevin Plain- Mayor Pro-Tem
Kevin Plain was appointed to the City Council in December 2020. He was reelected in November 2022.
Doris Crespo
Doris Crespo was appointed by the City Council in June 2022 to fill a vacant seat. Her term ends November 2023.
Michelle Rogers
Michelle Rogers was elected to the City Council in July of 2023. Michelle is a Colorado Native born and raised in Loveland. She graduated from Loveland High School and the University of Colorado with a degree in Physiology and Biology. Michelle started her career at Health Care Policy and Financing for the State of Colorado. She found her niche in Policy and went from the State to the US Administration on Aging and into private consulting. Michelle has spent 20 years serving children with Autism, older adults, persons with disabilities, and American Indian/Alaska Native Elders. Her life has been dedicated to the caregivers of special populations and the supports that keep people living in their own homes.
Michelle has a big extended family and is married with two children. Her family is the most important thing in her world! They have lived in Dacono since 2017. They love to travel and scuba dive, camp, and play all sorts of games and sports as a family. Michelle Loves Dacono and is a champion for the city, Homyak PK-8, and the people that make up the community.
