The COVID-19 Vaccine is Now Available.
COVID-19 vaccine booster shots are now available to eligible individuals who completed an initial series (2 doses) of the Pfizer vaccine at least 6 months ago. Eligible individuals include those:
- 65 years and older
- Age 18+ who live in long-term care settings
- Age 18+ who have underlying medical conditions
- Age 18+ who work in high-risk settings
- Age 18+ who live in high-risk settings

The Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment has the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine available for ages 5 and the Moderna and Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccines for ages 18 available Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. - noon and 1:00-4:30 p.m.
Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to their vaccine appointment to provide consent via the Colorado COVID-19 Vaccine Screening and Administration Form (view in Spanish).
