Purpose
The Dacono Police Department's House Watch Program is designed to provide peace of mind to our residents while they are away from home for extended periods of time, whether for vacation, illness, work-related travel, or other circumstances. These checks are done as time allows on an officer's shift. This effort is an elective service of the police department will not be extended beyond a period of 90 days except on a case by case basis.
