The Public Works Department develops, maintains and operates City-owned infrastructure including streets, water, parks and trails. The Department’s primary responsibility is to keep the city streets in safe and good condition through snowplowing, sanding, crack sealing, sweeping and filling potholes within the city right of ways.
The department is also involved in the maintenance of sidewalks, trails, catch basins and detention ponds throughout the city.
