March 14, 2017, 6:00 p.m.- Public hearing Burger King Dacono site plan

March 28, 2017, 6:00 p.m.- Public hearing hearing to consider an application to rezone property from MH Pre-Manufactured Housing to COS Civic Open Space.  The applicants for the rezoning are the City of Dacono and Mountain View Fire Rescue.  Land to be rezoned includes 44.21 acres and is generally known as the “City Center” land.  Current land uses include the BMX track, Centennial Field, the Mountain View Fire Rescue maintenance facility, and Clem Dufour Park.
